VONQ Launches CPA+, The World’s First Agentic AI Cost-Per-Application Hiring Solution Powered by LinkedIn and in Partnership with Employ 

Future of hiring: VONQ has deployed AI Agents to deliver a self-service Cost-Per-Application product to more than 30k hiring companies with distribution in Employ’s intelligent hiring solutions, JazzHR and Lever.

Rotterdam, Netherlands – VONQ, a leader in AI-powered talent intelligence, today announced a strategic partnership with LinkedIn and Employ to launch CPA+, an innovative cost-per-application (CPA) hiring model powered by agentic AI. The collaboration delivers performance-based marketing by bundling AI-driven screening and assessment into the media buy.

The new solution leverages VONQs advanced agentic AI technology to autonomously evaluate applications, conduct dynamic pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and fit for roles with their Hiring API distribution platform. The system adds “smart friction” into the application process to help limit “low intent” while facilitating high-value screen applications. Unlike traditional automation, agentic AI adapts in real-time, providing nuanced insights and reducing time-to-hire by up to 90%¹.

As part of Employ’s commitment to accelerate innovation and keep pace with the rapid evolution of AI, it now exclusively offers CPA+  in JazzHR and Lever through the VONQ Job Board Marketplace – an embedded feature within the ATSs that allows users to browse, select, and purchase media from VONQ’s extensive channel portfolio. This Marketplace is part of VONQ’s HAPI (Hiring API) ecosystem, which integrates VONQ’s recruitment technology and media-buying capabilities directly into the workflows of over 40 leading applicant tracking systems.
