5. Adjust Confirmation in Gravity with Redirect URL – https://www2.vonq.com/l/… and the Query String – input_1={First name:1}&input_3={Last name:3}&input_4={E-Mail address:4}&input_5={Company name:5}&input_6={Country:6}&input_9={GA_Client_ID:9}&input_11={Phone:11}.
6. Duplicate or copy and paste the form to your Page and adjust the Gravity forms selection.
