Job Marketing provides performance-driven media recommendations for online recruiters and posts multiple job ads at once, known as multi-posting. The recommendations are based on a combination of the performance of previous campaigns from the user and comparable campaigns of other companies. It eliminates time-consuming research, direct contract negotiations with media channels, and individual publishing of ads, while giving recruiter’s everything they need to book the right media for their campaigns.

The enhanced campaign creation in Job Marketing includes better usability with auto-fill capabilities. Other updates include: more search and filter options, enhanced “card” view for easier media browsing in the marketplace and more information about each media, and the improved Forecast feature, which shows a ballpark figure for how many clicks and applicants the selected media mix may generate. The forecast updates automatically as users add and change media in the basket, so they can see if their campaign is comprehensive enough to generate a sufficient number of applicants, before purchasing.
